Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible
causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long
period of inactivity. Account: ' mail.domain.net

The server does not support a SSL connection. Account: 'mail.domain.

*Here is my tcp.smtp*

ask them to use TCPView from Sysinternals (if they are using windows)
and you an iptraf or tcpdump for client ip, maybe they have enabled by
mistake other ports in their mail client. tcpview cand show you which
program to what ip and port is connecting.
