I recall having an timeout error something like this. I think it was something to do with SpamAssassin. Do a "spamassassin --lint" (how long does it take?) and double check any config files you may have changed recently. The "No such file or directory" looks interesting. Also, I had installed a blacklist file at one time 50blacklist.cf that was HUGE and took forever to process (http://www.stearns.org/sa-blacklist). I have since removed it. I DO NOT recommend that.
