The QMT server which is receiving the web server emails only has one domain
but it's not the same domain as the one which is sending from the web server.
The web server is hosting multiple domains but they are all the same domain as
the receiving QMT server.
This new web site doesn't have the same domain, might that be why? Even so,
I've got tcp.smtp set to allow all local domains so still don't understand why
this is a problem?

Maybe I need an .htaccess file pointing php mail to the other QMT server which
does host the sending domain?

Wow, sorry if this sounds confusing, I'm just not sure how to better explain
it all :).
