You really should not use vqadmin at all. It's broken, and can mess up your toaster. I really wish Erik would remove it from the site.
It is safe to simply uninstall vqadmin-toaster. Use the rpm command. yum does not work with any stock *-toaster package (yet) (qmailtoaster-plus being the exception). As far as fixing your borken toaster, you should delete your domains (aliases first) using the CLI commands. They're in the /home/vpopmail/bin directory. If you have mail you need to save, then I'd make a copy of the /home/vpopmail/domains directory first. I'm not sure if deleting the domain removes mail there, but I expect that it does.
