DSpam is a spam filter - you use it instead of Spamassassin. I do not know
of any packages to install it with QMT.
The Send Emails button is there, but it's not installed because it does not
work. In your build dirs, you'll see "send-emails-toaster" and can install
that to get the button but like I said, it's broken and no one has fixed it
yet.
