OK. I'm answering my own question. (sorry if I'm a pest lately)
Apparently the "[1]" brackets in the file name causes some problem with
processing the rpm request.
I had to rename the file (without "[" and "]" brackets and re-run the
rpm.

Subject: [qmailtoaster] QControl RPM install problem

I'm attempting to install QControl (unlimited... just purchased) and
after I use the command:
[r...@mail02 ~]# rpm -Uhv QControl-1\[1\].1-1.0.2.noarch.rpm

I'm getting the following error:
error: File not found by glob: QControl-1[1].1-1.0.2.noarch.rpm

I've tried re-downloading the file and trying again, with the same
result.

I'm running CentOS 5.2 and have a very up-to-date QMT running (just ran
newmodel)

What should I look to first?

Thank you,
