I believe that's the standard with the new distros now. I don't think I added anything specific in for that, but I'm not in front of my regular computer to check.


The newer distros look like they are adding this. I did not add anything extra in for that functionality.



I guess that shouldn't effect dependencies now that I think about it. Easy enough to fix the script.

Can you tell me what directories exist in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/ on a x86_64 machine? I'm figuring on simply stripping that off of the end of any installed packages to determine the version number. Seemed to work for .i386.
