it is not. welcome to CIDR :) http://www.subnet-calculator.com/cidr.phpenter the offending subnet as listed by Spamhaus (216.37.96.0) in the "IP Address" fields, then enter "20" (the /20 part of the address) in the "Mask Bits" field, then look at the "CIDR Address Range" field to see which IP addresses fall within the subnet.
