No it hasn't. You'll (still) need to get the modified qmail-clam from
the subversion repo at the qtp web site.

reload_opt="qmail-clam -s restart"
Be sure you change the last one listed - there is more than one.
That should take care of it. I hope there are no more problems with the qtp
implementation of clamav's sanesecurity.
