I was able to install the clamav-toaster package...

but for the qmail-toaster, i got the same error:*

Thanks for the insight.

First off, I'd recommend upgrading qmailtoaster-plus, as there is a newer qtp-newmodel available:
# yum update qmailtoaster-plus

Secondly, here are the pertinent errors:
chkuser.c:37:45: error: /home/vpopmail/include/vpopmail.h: No such file or directory chkuser.c:38:42: error: /home/vpopmail/include/vauth.h: No such file or directory chkuser.c:39:52: error: /home/vpopmail/include/vpopmail_config.h: No such file or directory

These files are not used in normal operations, but are required for building the qmail-toaster package (as you're experiencing). The easiest way to restore them would be to use qtp-newmodel to rebuild/reinstall the vpopmail-toaster package. The latest version of qtp-newmodel will allow you to select a current package for rebuilding.

That should fix you up. :)
