Can't seem to figure this out. How is Spamassassin called as mail goes
through the qmail system? After a rebuild, I'm not seeing any SA headers
in incoming email.

spamassassin -D --lint doesn't show any errors and includes all the
modules that are needed.

The spamd log looks ok...can't figure out what's missing.

simscan invokes spamassassin and clamav. This is controlled by /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp and /var/qmail/control/simcontrol files.
Remember to "qmailctl cdb" after changing certain control files.
