For some reason the receiving end denied connection from your server. As the information given for the reason (http://service.mail.qq.com/cgi-bin/help?subtype=1&&id=20022&&no=1000727) is in language I cannot read, it is very hard to say why. I would try contacting from another email account (Gmail, Hotmail or some other well known free provider) the person you know there and ask for him/her to find out what the issue was/is?
