or in /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp (SIMSCAN_DEBUG="3").
Try moving the databases /var/lib/clamav and doing a
freshclam, maybe there's a corruption.

This new simscan will actually tell you WHY you're getting a
qq soft reject.
