Just stumbled across the Qooxdoo project couple of days ago in the search of widget library for a rich client app. We are (the company I work for) seriously considering using qooxdoo and provide colloboration with the project. Hats off to Sebastian and Andreas for getting the project this far and the very neat architecture. Personally, I was plesantly surprised to find this framework designed after the likes of winforms and swt, rather than traditional dhtml control libraries. Keep up the good work.

I have looked at the current widget library in the renderer branch and I did not find a richedit control. Are you guys planning to write one in some near future? The requirement that we have is a very simple htmlarea like http://dojotoolkit.org/docs/rich_text.html.
