I set my linux development VM to compile up the latest namespaces copy of qooxdoo this morning.  Just got home and I am happy to report a full-on no-complaints succesful build of qooxdoo's namespace trunk-to-be.  The API documentation looks tremendous.  Lack of clear event documentation aside, they are visually appealing and easy to navigate.

So, did you guys make this API generator and then have it create data structures to feed into qooxdoo?  Very clever.  Your own API makes use of your toolkit!

I will start off my efforts here in the API where I feel most at home with any language (A good API makes all the difference, see: Windows...hah).

Expect questions from me this week.

Here's a quick unrelated one, just to save on mailing list bloat: Was it ever thought of to create a full rich wysiwyg text editor for qooxdoo?  The best I can think of is the one used by the joomla CMS.  It supports all kinds of neat features that blew me away.  I don't know if this exceeds the planned scope for qooxdoo or not, but it is certainly part of the things that people look for in a web client toolkit.
