Please verify that your application class is really swep.Application.  
Does this class really exists? Normally at least this class should be  
included in tailor made builds.

The results of "make build" are generated to a newly created "build"  
folder. The script folder definitely should contain only one file  
which contains all the content of the original class files.

Mhh, do you use the trunk? I hope so. 0.7 style classes only work  
well with the latest trunk.

Regarding 1) - do you want to say that the feedreader, webmailer etc.  
does not work for you?
