Yep! Alexander resolved the bug. I was the reporter of the bug ;-)
For me there is one critical bug left:

This bug is only present in IE 7.
It would be very helpfull if someone can try to reproduce the bug.

attached a testcase to the bug report above which shows the problem. A
screen snapshot is attached whith the distorted table rows.
