Amit,

I would leave specific comments to those who have already ported their
0.7.x app to 0.8 (or are in the process of doing so).

On a general level, the answer pretty much depends on your application,
though, and on the demands on your production launch, like time,
stability etc. If you don't have feature requirements that are only
satisfied with 0.8, it might be a good idea to sit back and wait at
least for 0.8.1, since tool and documentation support will most likely
improve for what you have to do. 0.7.4 should be a very easy migration
with run-time benefits like bug and memory fixes, so you could always
take that step in between with little effort.

Regards,
Thomas
