One further clarification.

I've also tried reusing the Rpc object by creating one in the main method
and using it in place of the var rpc = new qx.io.remote.Rpc() line in the
__callRpc method.

Reusing the Rpc object also leaks a similar amount of memory as creating a
new one for every request.
