Hi,

I haven't been following this thread closely, but if there is sufficient 
evidence for a leak situation, please open up a bug for it and post your 
observations and what you have tried so far, even if there are loose 
ends and you plan to pick up the issue again later. Your work-around 
alone is worthwhile. This way, there is a much bigger chance the issue 
won't be forgotton, and others can add or even jump in if you don't find 
the opportunity to track it down completely.
