Hello Reimer, the difference between the source and the source-all job is, that the soure-all job includes all classes which, as you have seen, can take much more time. So its always a good idea if you have some problems with latency to use the source version. But keep in mind that if you use a new class you never used before in your source code, you have to run ./generate.py source again.
