Not sure if I am going to be able to make a demo to show this. I will
try tomorrow at work.

I put some logging in and had it write a line when the visibility
changed and when the appear event happened. Odd thing is that the
visibility was 'visible' until after the appear event, then it was
changed to 'excluded'. Very strange...
