OK, when putting together a demo, I found some code that was at the highest parent level for the container, about 5 parents above. It had an Appear event that I was not aware of that did twiddle with the Visibility property of the container. The odd thing is that the code has not been changed in that tool in a long time. I was able to make some changes to my code that got everything working. At this point, I don't think the issue is in core code. Not sure why it worked 2 weeks ago and not now, but I don't have time to try and figure it out. Things are working so I am moving on. Thanks Alex for getting involved.
