I found this sample on project page:
$ ./jsonrpc.pl
Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1
It looks like you'll need to explicitely specify correct encoding in each
HTTP answer or browser will broke data.
I'm not familiar with this package but I believe there is documentation
essentials on this.
