Hello Alexander,

No it is not correct. This is only a test to discover if perl-rpc have
all dependencies installed. Content handling is defined in JSONRPC.pm:

print $session->header(-charset=>'utf-8',
                           -content_type => 'text/javascript');

response from server should always have "utf-8" encoding.
