Hi Varol,

first of all there is no "out of the box" way to do this.

Maybe you can achieve this by extending "qx.ui.tree.TreeFolder" or 
"qx.ui.tree.core.AbstractTreeItem" and adding background images with a 
custom written appearance theme but I'm not sure if you have all the 
information you need for choosing the right image (e.g. getLevel(), 
isLastLeaf(), ...).

Regarding rowHeight: If you remove the rowHeight bigger node icons will 
get cropped (see envelope icon next to "Inbox") - have a look at the 
playground sample [1]. So this seems to be a compromise.
