thanks for the answer.
It's too bad that this usability feature is gone. If you have a big tree
then those lines can save you from becoming cross-eyed trying to figure
out who the parent node is.
The rowHeight looks bad because on my Chrome ( Linux ) it interrupts the
tree lines in the demobrowser.
