Hello Peter,
the above error crops up from time to time and nobody I know currently
understands why. It is usually resolved by starting from scratch, i.e.
using a completely pristine source directory and starting a fresh build.
The underlying idea behind this is that qmake does somehow mess up when
updating the Makefiles which yields '-lcups' missing from the above
linker command line which in turn implies those dangling references.
