Summary:
The C++ client trunk cannot be used in interop testing, as it is 0-10 only and
cannot interop with the java broker.
This means we are unable to interop test C++ with the other clients.
If QPID-1211 is addressed then we would at least be able to run the interop
test between C++ and Java through the C++ broker.
