Hi, I was succesfull compile and install the qpopper 4.0.3 on one of my Solaris 6 machine. I have modified the /etc/inetd.conf as pop3 stream tcp nowait root /local/qpopper4.0.3/popper/popper qpopper m-s and send inetd a HUP signal.
However, I can not telnet to qpopper at the port 110 and receiving the error message: telnet u533-011 110 Trying 141.131.35.71... Connected to u533-011.cradle.com. Escape character is '^]'. Connection closed by foreign host. If anyone know what caused the problem please tell me how to fix it. Thanks Tracy Pham
