Does anyone know if there is a method wherein one can modify the bulletin database (we're trying this instead of the .popbull files). We have some users that have specifically requested to get NO bulletins, and also sometimes we'd like to change ones they get, or reset their last bulletin gotten to 0. With the .popbull files, this was relatively easy. With the bulldb, it seems to be impossible...
