Not only that, it's the preferred method for incompetent "expert consultants" setting up dialup boxes, as they seem to think that ETRN is too hard. I'll leave to your imaginations the horrors of what happens when messages come into the POP box with multiple recipients in the Bcc lines and no To: entry matching the domain of the Exchange server, after the messages get to the Exchange box.
