ok, sorry, i got a fix for it now, along with a patch to check and set 
status flags in the maildir filename (lets the LAST command work with 
Maildir). Someone mentioned that some clients don't use UIDLs for status 
(e.g. yahoo's remote pop3 service). Don't know if that affects you at all.
I'll send you a test patch, if you'd like to try it out for yourself.
