Yes, they are, because we are patching dnsbl in the wrong place. I shouldn't
engage in drive-by support!
AUTH happens after the "connect" hooks have already fired, so there is no way to
short-circuit the dnsbl checks at that point. It _is_ possible to do so during
the "rcpt" hook, however. I'll test and check in a fix to dnsbl when I get into
the office this morning.
