I agree with the patch. I'm sure some idiots will turn on the clamd
plugin without running clamd and wonder why they get no mail, but oh
well.
You all will never agree on the right behaviour because there is no good
default for all situations - just create a patch that makes this
configurable.
BTW I don't think the default should be changed - if for no other reason
then because people have grown used to the current defaults and a silent
change might be a bad surprise for some setups that don't find A/V
scanning very important.
