Ick. Mostly ;-)Having a plugin fire a UDP packet to a daemon which collects, analyses them, and stuffs 'em where qpsmtpd can get data back from (eg: a file) would work.
Why a file? Why not IPC::SharedMem or IPC::ShareLite?
