None other than George Fremin, K5TR, who I believe is also the guy who maintains the QRP-L archives on "kkn.net." So no wonder references to his auction are passed. Odd though, that so many of them are critical of him for "allowing" the price to get so high. What a bunch of hypocrites! I suppose if they auctioned off say a Norcal 40A for $200, they would donate the extra back to Norcal? RIIIGGGHHHTTT! If there is a sucker out there to pay $66.00 for a set of, IMHO, inferior paddles, then let him be fleeced.
