For those that simply can not resist asking Off Topic questions and/or repsonding to same, you can now do so at the QRP-OT mailing list.
If it's not related to QRP you can post about it on QRP-OT!
Family relations, OS wars, FCC regulations, poltical meanderings and other matters are accceptable at QRP-OT! If you're been corrected here, either in the echo itself, or by email you'll enjoy QRP-OT.
Don't risk being placed on moderation on lists that prohibit non-moderator moderation messages or references to certain sites that promote the sales of
equipment...QRP-OT allows this.
Are you a wanna0be list moderator? Although no one will pay attention to you, you can even try your hand at moderating a list where everything that is Off Topic is On Topic....QRP-OT allows you to exercise power(even if it's simply in your own mind).
There is no longer a need to skirt list rules with Off Topic posts by changing the subject to include OT, or having lines in the body of the message like:
Sorry, I know it's off topic,
It may be off topic, but
Even though this post is off topic,
I know this post is not xxxx(Topicality of list) related, but
Join the QRP-OT list, simply send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] body of message has subscibe QRP-OT
