It would appear that Lowman has knuckled under to the whiners and
perverts and put the entire QRP-L list under "moderation."
How can you tell that?

First clue was when I sent a message to the list, and I got the old
"Your message is being held. Reason Posting to a moderated list."
Thought at first I was being moderated, but note how few messages on
QRP-L, and how they come after a long delay on each. Try posting to the
list and see.
