First clue was when I sent a message to the list, and I got the old
"Your message is being held. Reason Posting to a moderated list."
Thought at first I was being moderated, but note how few messages on
QRP-L, and how they come after a long delay on each. Try posting to
the list and see.
That's the message that I would get all the time when he had me
moderated. I'll bet a cup of coffee that you are on the poopy
list.....it may just be a question of which one of the "approved"
confederates turned you in.
Based on my posts, the content and to whom they were directed, I suspect
that I was turned in to Mr. Lowman by a very well respected member of
the ORP-L community who specializes in threatening emails.
You could do what I did....email someone on the list who you know who
you've seen post, and ask them if they have gotten the moderation
message....if a significant number have not...then you might conclude
that it's action directed
against you, rather than the entire list.

No, Lowman is definitely "making a point" by virtually shutting down the
whole list. My post did make it, after 12 hours. All other posts in the
past 36 hours have also been delayed. I think he got fed up with the
whining.
