Nick, Inspiration doesn't even have the diagram elements, does it? It
has no ORM library that I am aware of. Do you just use it to draw the
shapes (kind of like using Word shapes)?
To the original question, I don't think there is any free software that
can create ORM diagrams, apart from the decrepit VisioModeler.

I can get it working under ViirtualXP, but our tech guys don't allow
that across our LAN because of security concerns.
I don't like the idea of purchasing a site licence for Visio
Enterprise Architect, just to get the VisioModeler functions.
