may be rough and ready, but would this work:
Age: (Now()-[Birthdate])/365

where birthdate is an actual field.

Hope it's of some use.

Subject: [qsiteict] Access query to calculate age?

Does anyone know how to write an Access query or macro to calculate the age of a person (in years) from their birth date and today's date?

TIA for any help.

Cheers
