Jason I've had a play with http://www.screencast-o-matic.com, on several PCs.
Is it able to record audio and video from (for example) YouTube - say you only need a 10 sec grab from a presentation? I was able to get the video. But my efforts to capture the audio failed, and I wasn't able to access much to see hardware specs.
