Apologies for cross posting. We purchased the CS5 Master Collection late last year. With Dell Optiplex desktops still running Win XP, we had to go back to Premiere Pro CS4 becasue we only have 32bit machines.
This is the first time we have attempted to use Premiere Pro, and, once a new project and new sequence have been created, the workspace layout loads, and Premiere Pro crashes. We've Googled for answers and found the (what seem like thousands of ) threads relating to Premiere Pro crashing. So far without luck across a lab. The problem seems to only be with Premiere Pro , and we've been successfully using After Effects CS4 without problems.
