Hi I've just hit a snag trying to open an MS Access 2002 file on our network (windoze server with XP workstations)
The database was copied form a shared drive (S:) to my U: drive. When I try to open it, I get: "Microsoft Access cannot open this file. This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems. To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location" I've Google fro solutions, but cant seem to find anything that works. Lots of sites talk about an inblock option, but I can't find that either. I'm sure I'm not the first to find this - has anyone ever suffered this and found a solution?
