Looks like the perfect spot. I'll apply for hosting of qtjambi tracking.

Atlassian's Jira, maybe? It's free to use for open source projects,
but I don't know the exact licensing terms. I know that Hibernate uses
it. What's more, it gives enough possibilities to be used as more than
a "plain" issue tracker (we use it internally and it steers our whole
software products, including our SaaS platform).

Wow, it really sets the standard doesn't it. Could be funny to setup
and try out. Any server available out there?

FWIW: http://www.atlassian.com/opensource/ - they do the hosting themselves.

It sets the standards if everyone agrees ;) I know _I_ love to work
with this, but I'm one person among many.

It looks to me like they will host Fisheye and Crucible, but not JIRA.
What about codehaus.org?

JIRA seems like a natural choice to me, and the time is ripe!
