No, in that case I'm not sure that there's much we can really do. Qtile itself doesn't really use much CPU. You could profile it, or perhaps use powertop to debug what applications are using more CPU in Qtile mode. But I'm not aware of any other high CPU usage configurations besides the bug with Keyboard and the graph widgets.
