The built in wallpaper term works just fine
([...]wallpaper='/blah/Wallpaper/lxqt.png', wallpaper_mode='fill', [...])

the 'widget.Wallpaper()' however should work on it's defaults as stated in 
the docs. 
At least I would expect that.
