So it should be visible anyway shouldn't it?
You need to explicit set it, it will not assume None if it can't find
the command in wallpaper_command.
Since you get the error message "file not found" it indicate it can't
find the command/file in wallpaper_command so you don't have feh
installed nor is it set to None.
