There were some changes to Systray to prevent multiple instances of the widget.
There was a bug where this caused issues if screens were reconfigured after starting qtile (eg if you've got an xrandr command in your autostart script). We've submitted fixes for that issue so, if possible, try the git version to see if your issue has gone. If not, post an issue on GitHub with your config.
